Back over Liverpool way this week to build a "Mark" greenhouse on the base I laid earlier. This greenhouse is 5m long by 3.5m wide and around 3.2m high - plenty of growing room but also a great place to relax and enjoy the garden especially when the weather isn't that great - and this week we had a lot of rain.
This greenhouse was made from tanalised timber painted in Anthracite Gray. However the whole ridge section was built from accoya which has a life expectancy of over 60 years and a guarantee of 50 years - so the ridge will never need attention. I made the finials extra sharp to deter the pigeons which like to hang about.
Next adventure - THE LAP - I left here around 6pm on the Friday night, back to Wales to unload the van, pack all my running gear, then head up to Lake Windermere to book in for an Ultra running race taking place the next day - a 48mile run around the hill overlooking Lake Windermere.
