I've started running the hills behind our house again in readiness for this year's Ethan Ross marathon on 19th June. All money raised will be donated to the Air Ambulance and 2 Wish - move about the event is given below and if you follow the link above. This is a fundraising event being held over the weekend of 17-19th June in memory of Ethan Ross from St Asaph, North Wales, who tragically lost his life at just 17 years old in September 2020. Raising funds and supporting 2Wish ⭐️ and Wales Air Ambulance🚁 this year. “Over the weekend of 17th/19th June 2022, you can help raise funds by completing 26.2 miles of any activity you enjoy. You can get friends and family to join you in as many activities as you want and break your ‘marathon’ into as many sessions as you need. Once your 26.2 miles is complete, you’ve moved your own marathon! Ethan’s dad Paul and his brother Callum will take the tougher route again by running a full marathon on Sunday 19th June and we would like to invite as many people as possible to join in and support us along the way just like last year”

  The photo above is the view from my customer's garden! It changes all the time - the estuary is tidal, the light highlights parts of the hills and houses in the valley and weather can be seen to change as it approaches from such a long way off. I had to keep stopping for a look as I was loading material back and forth all day.
I'm building a lean-to greenhouse from unpainted accoya against this old stone wall. Accoya has a 50-year guarantee with a life expectancy well exceeding that and there is no need to paint it. The wood will silver off nicely in a year or two. 
 The interior has two tall raised beds and a large area for table and chairs at the rear. The owner is a very keen gardener who used to own a plant nursery so this greenhouse will be very well used but will also be a place to sit in warm shelter to enjoy the garden with friends.
