I managed to get this greenhouse constructed on site in two seperate 3-day visits.
There's a few weeks' preparation back at the workshop so that can happen (all the timber sections cut, filled, sanded, twice-painted - and jointed so they can slot together on site). However, the days were long - 7:30 am finishing at 10:30pm some nights.
I'll probably add the extra day on as I get even older! I returned home at 3am and 5am both times and those days were a little less productive.
Please check out the video showing all the work involved in the base build and the return visit when I complete the top.
Off down to Suffolk in the morning to build the base for a 5m by 3.5m greenhouse with porch and cold frames - otherwise known as the "Mark".
I wanted to revise the Mark design. The new "Mark" will have narrow panes - 2 extra ones along both sides - making the glass lighter, easier to handle, and giving more overall strength to the greenhouse.
