Sorry guys - yet more time lapse videos!!

But I really wanted to show you one being built in clear daylight.

It’s interesting to see how quickly the structure goes up - and then the other 17-hours of work are spent fitting the glass and sealing everything up.

I hope you will see from these videos that there is a lot of attention to detail when building the greenhouses. The 3’rd video allows you to go inside the greenhouse and you can see how tall and spacious it is - given that it only takes up a very small space in the garden.

I thought it would be worth showing a base being built - always the first of the two 3-day visits I make when I’m building a greenhouse for someone. I’ll be back here again in a few weeks with glass and the finished timber greenhouse to build it on top of these wall-plates.

I used a stop-motion camera on this build reducing 34 hours of work to a mere 4.5 minutes.

I’ve also made a short video walking around the completed greenhouse to give you a sense of the space inside and rigidity of the building - well I slam the door a couple of times so you can see it’s tough!
