Robin, I’ve just been to have another peek. I feel like a kid with a new trainset.
Now installed the plants and taken a couple of snaps which I hope does the greenhouse the justice it deserves. Please use them as you wish.
Suffice to say Allyson and myself are hugely delighted with the greenhouse. It has exceeded our highest expectations. Thank you so much for your skills and hard work.
Thank you for your card etc. I have returned the Guild of Master Craftsman Questionnaire describing my satisfaction. Thank you again. Best
Thanks to Bob for his glowing message - need I say more about this greenhouse?
This is only the second accoya greenhouse I have built so far (it's such a new product) but already more than half of my current order book is for accoya and I think the proportion will grow making it the most common choice.
The benefits are that accoya doesn't rot (50 year guaratee, 25 year if under water) doesn't warp/expand/take on water so doors and windows remain exactly as installed forever and paint adherence is much better - hopefully, you won't need to repaint anything for at least 10 years but the accoya doesn't ever need protecting if you don't.
Bob asked me to add glazing bars to the side and rear windows so that all the lines run in symmetry which I think is a great detail.
We filled this small greenhouse with shelving space whilst leaving access to the 3 windows (on on each elevation).
I am so delighted with the finish of this greenhouse, and it's great to know Bob is so happy as well.
