Building a "Steve" in High Wycombe

I had a great few days in High Wycombe this week.  I made my second visit to build Melanie her "Steve" greenhouse - 3.5m long by 3m wide but with a reduced height porch that I originally built for this really great bloke called Steve in Purley.

Melanie and Ian made me very welcome but what really made it great was the weather - it hardly rained at all - and that's the first time for many weeks now as we all know.

Unfortunately there aren't many good photos.  I was expecting rain at any moment so I pushed ahead with building and sealing up - and once it was all finished it was just too dark to take any good photos.

However, Melanie has promised to send me some photos shortly so I should be able to update this blog later*. 

She used to be a professional gardener so this greenhouse is going to be packed with plants and used like a workshop.  Melanie asked me to build a huge workstation along the whole rear wall - and to fit a steel bar to support hanging baskets she's working on.

I'm really pleased with this greenhouse.
